Any man seems to have a ticket for the US Open men’s final with many big names gathered for Novak Djokovic’s victory over Daniil Mdevedev.
The one with the best ticket in New York is Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey, who sat with Djokovic’s team, cheering on the champion, who claimed his fourth US Open title and equaled record 24th Grand Slam.

The 53-year-old actor, along with model wife Camila Alves, sat behind Djokovic’s parents, Srdjan and Dijana, and praised him as he won 6-3 7-6 (7-5) 6-3 .
But there were plenty more from Hollywood in attendance at Arthur Ashe Stadium, including five-time Oscar winner Nicole Kidman as well as fellow Oscar winner Leonardo Dicaprio.
Model and former actor Emily Ratajkowski was also at the showpiece event as was American businesswoman and TV personality Martha Stewart.
Actor and singer Justin Timberlake also has the hottest ticket in town, as do Mad Men star Jon Hamm and Golden Globe-winning comedy star Jerry Seinfeld.
Among the A-Listers there will also be room for some tennis icons with three-time major winner Virginia Wade, who won the women’s singles title at the US Open in 1968, also seen at the match.
Djokovic seemed to be the main attraction, with similar Hollywood stars watching him beat Ben Shelton.
John Bon Jovi and Emily Blunt were included in the semi-final.
Meanwhile, against Carlos Alcaraz in his semi-final, Medvedev joked about the celebs featured on the big screen: “I tried to stay focused but I was like, ‘Who’s there? Who’s next?’ I think I saw everyone there, and some of them, yes, were big stars.

However, Djokovic shows no sign of stopping here
“It’s great to see people enjoying tennis. That’s amazing because that’s the sport I love,” he added. “So seeing people that I’ve seen on TV and some of them I’m a fan of and some of them that I know only appear in the movie or something like this, it’s good to see them enjoying such a great game.”
Djokovic, who entered the tournament as the No.2 seed, reclaimed his spot as World No.1 with his win over Medvedev.
After the match, he said: “I don’t know where to start, it’s very clear that the world is for me. I have truly fulfilled my childhood dream of competing at the highest level in a sport that has given me and my family so much.
“I never thought I’d be standing here talking about 24 slams. But the last two years I felt like I had a chance, a shot at history, so why not take it?”
Saturday night saw home favorite Coco Gauff take the women’s singles title, the 19-year-old coming from behind to win 2-6 6-3 6-2 against the no.2 seed Aryna Sabalenka.
