Despite the busy summer midfield market, there may still be some names worth keeping an eye on for the upcoming windows.
The Reds have been heavily linked with a move for Andre during the summer, but prying him away from Fluminense as they compete in the Copa Libertadores has proven difficult and January remains a possibility.
Elsewhere, Liverpool fans were delighted to watch Moises Caicedo struggled in his first couple of appearances for Chelsea.
Whether he will continue to justify the British record fee remains to be seen, but it will undoubtedly be a gamble if the Reds win that clash.
Jude Bellingham is the player fans have been dreaming of throughout 2022/23, but the Reds pulled the plug on their pursuit in April and he later ended up at Real Madrid.
